Hollis Police Department's gain is unfortunately AFSCME Local 3657's loss. Effective March 1, 2006, Brother James "Jay" Sartell, our Southern Vice President, and chapter chairperson of the Hollis chapter, accepted a promotion to Lieutenant within the Hollis Police Department. Brother Sartell gave six years of service to his chapter and the Local. His knowledge and dedication will be missed. Please take an opportunity to congratulate Brother Sartell on his new position.
